(2007 Critical Success Factors) Performance funding, authorized by the North Carolina General Assembly, is based on Wake Tech's success on six of the twelve factors. All state community colleges are evaluated for funding using the first five indicators. Each college is also evaluated on a sixth indicator of its choice. Colleges that meet five of six performance measures are eligible for performance funding.
